Pre-order cakes and tarts for birthdays, gatherings, and holidays. Place your order at least seven days ahead for local pickup. Starting at $95.

The Country Loaf
Naturally leavened with a wild-yeast starter, our Country Loaf has been the heart of Tartine since the beginning. A crackling crust gives way to a tender, open crumb with a deep, wheaty sweetness that only long fermentation can bring.
Every morning, our bakers shape and score each loaf by hand. The bread program also includes whole-grain and rye loaves, seasonal specialties, and the croissants and danish that have earned their own devoted following.
Cookbooks & learning
Bring Tartine's craft into your own kitchen. Our cookbooks share the recipes, techniques, and stories behind the bread and pastry — and live classes let you bake alongside our team.
Live baking classes from $45 per seat, with recipe materials included. Group rates available for households.
